V-YOGA

My approach to teaching is rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and curiosity. I offer a nurturing space where students can explore their practice at their own pace, with an emphasis on alignment, breath awareness, and inner exploration. Additionally, my classes serve as a gateway for students to deepen their self-awareness, cultivate discipline, and gain insights into their surroundings. Through the practice of yoga, we not only seek balance on the mat but also strive for equilibrium in our daily lives.
